As a loyal Catertherm customer, we wanted to reward your business with a comprehensive range of new benefits, including cold, hard cash.
We know that as a key seller of our equipment, you’re on the front-line dealing with customers and their demanding needs. We want to ensure you’re up-to-speed and in-the-know about all our products (including the latest innovative equipment we continually add to our range). So we’re tailoring our on-site product presentations for you, making them a meaningful and informative experience. Your customers want extended warranty terms, which is why we’re giving you 24 months parts and labour warranties on all products. Plus, we’ll provide unlimited end-user demonstrations or unlimited equipment loans so everyone gets to know the products thoroughly.
Now here’s the best bit: As a reseller, you’ll get a rebate of up to 5% on your purchases from us at the end of the financial year. It’s not capped and it’s paid by transfer to the business, meaning you and the team can look forward to a generous reward at the end of a hard working year.

7. Up to 5% rebate on all your purchases
We'll pay your business a percentage of all purchases from Catertherm at the end of the financial year.
Eligibility
As a key Catertherm customer, you’re in the club once we’ve completed your yearly roadshow demonstration at your offices (lockdown pending). Your business will have to keep turnover with Catertherm to at least £20,000.00 per year to remain in the club.
At least once a year, we’ll do the roadshow demonstration to you and your staff so we can keep you up to date with the latest innovations and products. It’s really important for us too, as we get to learn exactly what keeps your business ticking over, meaning we can ensure we’re doing everything we can to help your business succeed.
The Rebate
At the end of our financial year (end of Feb) we’ll tally up your sales with us to work out what rebate your business has earned. Once your total purchases enter a higher bracket, all your purchases earn the higher rebate percentage. There’s a real incentive here to reach the top bracket. The chart below shows the earning brackets.

Say for example you turnover £95,000. Your entire purchases enter the 4% bracket, meaning you and your team earn £3,800. But if you and the team push to turnover £105,000, all the purchases enter the 5% bracket, meaning the rebate shoots up to £5,250. Well worth the push throughout the year.

How it begins
To get onboard, download the 2 documents which you can access with the links at the bottom of this page. Please read the terms and conditions and sign the agreement. After emailing the signed document over to us, speak to one of the Catertherm team who will be happy to welcome you in. We’ll get your team’s demonstration booked in and you can all start enjoying the benefits of the Catertherm VIP Programme.
