You’ll have heard about ice cream rolls before, whether it’s from our previous blog post (found here) or from simply browsing social media and seeing all of the photos and videos people are sharing. The fun and addictive to watch videos captivate audiences as these tasty treats are rolled up.
Our partners at Ice Roll Pro have released a new video which runs through some of their ice pan models. It’s great to see how versatile the units are. They can be drop-in units which fit into an existing counter or cart, or there are table-top versions which require no installation. Either way, I think we can all agree this type of theatre food would go down great in any buffet environment.
