Hot and Cold Food Display
Catertherm offer a range of innovative heated and chilled food display equipment. Our featured product is the combined hot and cold plate, the temperature of the hot and cold plate can be controlled anywhere between -5°C and +140°C, this gives a truly flexible foodservice counter that can keep food hot or keep food cold at different times. We offer our hot and cold display units as a plate – topped with glass, Dekton or stainless steel, or as a Bain Marie well. All units are available in a range of GN sizes and as cold only or hot only units.

Keep your food Hot or Cold with our Hot and Cold Bain Marie or Well. Control the well anywhere between -5°C and +140°C. This unit has a built in drainage tap so can be used wet, dry or with ice.

The hot and cold multi-well has two or three separate GN1/1 sections that can all be independently controlled between -5°C and +140°C
